The Studios upholds its revered tradition with the annual office-wide table tennis tournament, a cherished event eagerly awaited each year. As the echoing sounds of paddles resonate through our halls, this spirited competition not only showcases our collective talent but also epitomizes the spirit of collaboration and sportsmanship ingrained within our organizational fabric.
Puja unfolds as a sacred ritual, enveloped in spiritual fervour and communal harmony. We offer prayers for prosperity and well-being, forging deeper connections with each other and the divine. Central to this tradition is the sharing of Prasad. At our office, we incorporate trataka sessions into our monthly routine, encouraging the participation of all employees. The primary goal of trataka meditation is to develop concentration and inner stillness.
In our office, we celebrate Annapurna Puja as a cherished tradition to honor the goddess of nourishment and abundance, Annapurna. This special occasion is marked by a heartfelt gathering where we come together to offer prayers and seek blessings for prosperity, well-being, and success. The puja is a reminder of the importance of food, nourishment, and gratitude in our daily lives. With rituals, offerings, and a shared sense of community, Annapurna Puja brings a sense of harmony and positivity to our workplace, reinforcing the bond among colleagues and fostering an atmosphere of goodwill and prosperity for the year ahead.
It’s a day where colleagues become comrades, sharing laughter, and creating cherished memories amidst the backdrop of nature’s beauty. From vibrant games to delectable feasts, this event epitomizes the spirit of togetherness and rejuvenation.
Reciprocal learning is a vital precept at SALIENT. This program delegates six-month long positions to both students and recent architectural graduates, providing mentorship and hands-on experience on various live projects and in exchange, each intern provides to the office on a subject of their insight and valuable encounters.
This collaborative experience is symbiotic by cultivating the work ethic of SALIENT and in turn leading the next generation of aspirants into the realities of Architectural domain.
Till date, SALIENT has welcomed interns from many parts of the country and beyond. The consistent innovation of talent and energy from around the world through our internship program has been priceless to our training process.
