Planet, People, Performance and Profit are for sure the very basic of every design that “Salient” Discovers. We believe that Design is an art of discovery hence it is very important that Research and Humility become our tool from “Concept” till “Commissioning”.
Discoveries are explained by scientific postulates and mathematical analysis. Mathematical derivations and logics institute our desigen thinking. Even “Aesthetics” is a pure function of Performance and Devine Geometry.

These treats are not just a part of the routine but serve as catalysts for sparking conversations, forging connections, and infusing many brainstorming sessions with a touch of warmth and togetherness.
Every Wednesday, the whole staff switches of their PC’s, puts down their pencils and convene to confer about an ongoing project. Wednesday Crit sessions is something that goes beyond a week-to-week movement for our studios.
This event represents a celebration of creativity, a symphony of ideas and a journey into uncharted territories of design. It is this very practise of working together that drives us in making every project the best it can be.
INTERNSHIP
Reciprocal learning is a vital precept at SALIENT. This program delegates six-month long positions to both students and recent architectural graduates, providing mentorship and hands-on experience on various live projects and in exchange, each intern provides to the office on a subject of their insight and valuable encounters.
This collaborative experience is symbiotic by cultivating the work ethic of SALIENT and in turn leading the next generation of aspirants into the realities of Architectural domain.
Till date, SALIENT has welcomed interns from many parts of the country and beyond. The consistent innovation of talent and energy from around the world through our internship program has been priceless to our training process.

At our office, we incorporate trataka sessions into our monthly routine, encouraging the participation of all employees. The primary goal of trataka meditation is to develop concentration and inner stillness.
