West Point, a landmark mixed-use project in Gangtok, Sikkim, has been named Winner at the Aces of Space Design Awards 2025. The project drives urban renewal by improving pedestrian connectivity through a strategic FOB, pioneers the state’s first prefab steel construction, and sets a contemporary architectural language rooted in Sikkim’s evolving identity.
