An office space of 2600 sq. ft. in a mixed use building where, 3 units were made into one, overlooking a HVAC service terrace. The client a facade and glazing contractor required a high impact office environment where he could connect the office colleagues, clients & collaborators (business partners) into a common value system and breed a sense of commitment. The spatial programme required over 4600 sq. ft. and the challenge was how to introduce a mezzanine within a floor height of maximum 4500 mm and minimum of 3900 mm.
