The principle in the design is Yoga’ or the union. Ananta is a cluster with human touch. Here plots are contained in richly planted peripheral tree envelopes to offer complete control on privacy and disturbances while construction of individual bungalows. The campus has 3 layers of rich plantation with large canopy cover for micro climatic management and prevent formation of heat Island. Security is primordial at Ananta. Each neighbourhood cluster (a group of 8 plots) is checked and access controlled. Each cluster is provided with 10 numbers of guest parking ensuring lanes clear of congestion. The service lanes feeding the individual plots also form a sustained cluster for the serving community.
