The magnetism in a bond is felt stronger when close and apart. Designed as split villas, these are second homes with a central pocket garden and a private pool. Site constraints allowed the villas to look only inwards. The central court splits the villa in to two zones. Front area accommodates, dining, kitchen and maid’s room. Back side is for lounging and sleeping. The court gives light, green views and refreshing sound of water designed as water spout as a part of the private pool. Each house separates from the other by an elevated planter full with lush frangipani trees and bougainvillea plantations.
