The campus is fed from two roads, the DH road and the BT road making it brilliantly connected to two major arterial roads Joka Metro hub is a lead assets in connectivity. The campus is structured as courtyard neighbourhoods flanking the central green spine. The courtyards provide for pleasant south/north winds, ample sunshine and privacy which normally gets compromised in urban housing projects. The 2.5 acres of central spine is a great biodiversity reserve with 2 large natural water bodies. A connecting club design build up a community dialogue with all the neighbourhoods. Spaces for health like gymnasium and community hall are provided in each cluster neighbourhood encouraging the value we intend to build good health and togetherness.
