The Vision Is To Create A Spiritual City Which Will Be The Centre Of Spiritual Celebration, Education, Culture And Community For The World. This Spiritual City Will Inculcate Vedic Values, Philosophy And Lifestyle As A Future Way Of Life For The World To Adopt. The Design Philosophy Lays A Lot Of Emphasis On Educational, Spiritual And Devotional Aspects Of The Vaishnava Belief System. Intervention Area Is 650 Acres And An Estimated Cost Of The Proposal Being 100 Million USD. An Estimated 25,000,000 People Are To Visit The Site Annually And 250,000 Visitors On Peak Days After The TOVP Is Complete. The City Will Hold A Resident Population Of 16,000 People And Have Accommodation Facility For Tourists Of Capacity 16000 People. The Intervention Area Has Been Divided Into Modular Districts With Broad Functions And Use (E.G. Residential Communities, Institutional, And Visitor Entertainment District Etc.). This Approach Will Ensure Incremental Growth Of The Masterplan And It Does Not Have To Be Built All At Once.
