SALIENT – a multidisciplinary design studio operating from Kolkata, has a vision to evolve the new age value system in Indian design environment.
Led by Architect Vivek Singh Rathore, a graduate from IIT Roorkee, the firm’s portfolio of projects ranges from master planning, urban design, mixed used development, leisure and hospitality, healthcare, commercial and residential projects. His team is supported by partner and Landscape Principal Anuradha Rathore, 4 senior-associates, 8 associates and over 70 members including artists, sculptors, and philosophers.
The studio welds multiple skills in architecture, landscape, interior design, and environmental graphics for holistic, sustainable design solutions. The inter-brewing of ideas along different design disciplines makes the studio complete.
The firm has over 200 articles published. Salient received 100+ design awards, including 15 international mentions. To name a few:

He passed from IIT Roorkee with a gold medal in the year 2000 and established the studio in 2005.
