The site was a commercial building initially designed for retail / showroom in lower level and small offices in the upper. The complex had residential in its rear as linear building. The project is an office for a real estate company which hubs 225 employees in a vertical stack of effective floor plate of 3000 sq. ft per floor – a total of eight floors. The challenge was to evolve a cohesive, corroborating and healthy workplace community in a vertically stacked office space of high density. “Design for Productivity and help the employees to develop a collaborating mind.” – Client.
